This home is located in the Hoburne Cotswold Holiday Park with its own array of lakes plus indoor & outdoor swimming pools & evening entertainment program. Also, a children’s activities program and 2 outdoor play areas.

In the park are lots of things for you to do. There are 2 swimming pools, 4 fishing lakes, entertainment and cabarets, crazy golf, play parks, a restaurant, and a café.

Passes to use the resort facilities are included in the resort fee charged with this booking.

This extra-large lodge is located in a quiet area with parking right outside in your own space. Situated in the middle of the Cotswolds water park everything in the water park is close by. Fishing lakes are available on site and many others close by within the water park. Cycling and walking in the area is great

This is a luxury home with a full kitchen including an Oven/Hob, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, and Dishwasher.

There are 2 bedrooms:

The first with a King bed, ensuite shower room,TV , and plenty of storage space

The 2nd has twin beds which can be made into a king size bed on request


All bedrooms have ample storage space

There is an additional family bath room

Outside there is a table and chairs on the decking

You are welcome to bring up to 2 Dogs – charged £30 per dog (paid after the booking)

**IMPORTANT NOTICE **

Hoburne Cotswold will be starting extensive development of their facilities, bringing a brand-new indoor pool and soft play area in 2024.

The work for this starts on 6th November 2023 and is expected to run until mid-late May 2024.
