”Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Walter der Eigentümer war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Pool wurde jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt und das Grundstück war sehr gepflegt. Ein kleines Manko gibt es allerdings, die Stühle und die Bank im Esszimmer sind etwas schmal und unbequem, allerdings ist dies jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. ”

This is better than the pictures show, the location was fantastic (you will ideally need a car to see Tuscany if not Arezzo train station has good links and is about 15 minute taxi journey away). ”The villa is absolutely amazing with a beautiful big garden. The villa easily accomodated 9 people (5 adults 4 kids of 4-11yrs), and we even ended up having one spare bedroom. The pool is large and deep enough, with lovely surroundings.As the garden & premises require watering and carekeeping, and therefore the owners were present several night during our stay (living upstairs). They are friendly and did not bother us, but this was something we were not aware in advance.The nearby pizzeria was...

”The Villa presents even better than in the photos and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Each bedroom we accessed had an ensuite bathroom which just added to the luxe feel. My mature parents could have the one bedroom downstairs which was perfect, all other bedrooms are located upstairs. Worth mentioning the outdoor sun lounges have also been replaced (since the photos) and adds further to the resort feel. Would highly recommend! ”
