”Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”

”Stayed here watching our grandsons hockey games at the Blaine Sports arena. Close stay to the arena, good restaurants close by. Nice coffee, espresso , cappuccino machine in lobby. Good pools hours that gave our grandkids time to swim Good breakfast assortment. ”

”I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. ”

”I always have a great stay when staying at this hotel, they are undergoing renovations in the lobby area and it looks STUNNING! The workers are always very kind and welcoming! The breakfast is having a lot of new upgrades added! I have been choosing this hotel for my stays in the cities for over a year now and honestly wouldn’t change anytime! Only downside is there is no pool but it doesn’t drop my rating at all! ”

”Staff was amazing, very considerate. I was placed in room 108, and I’m thankful for how easy it was to navigate and load my belongings from the car to the room. The room was very clean, 2 things to point out, was a quarter sized stain on the blanket & the entrance/parking lot was not plowed at all. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was clean. ”Rooms were dirty. There was a used feminine pad in-between the bed and table next to the bed. The bathroom was dirty. The bedding looked dirty. It looked like it was never cleaned for awhile. The staff also kicked me out after an unwanted guest came knocking on my door and made a huge scene after they had called and asked me if I knew her and I told them I did but I never told her to come and that I asked her to leave. ”So overall, the stay was okay. As far as the comfortability, not so good. The beds were completely uncomfortable. They were so firm, that it felt like you were sleeping on a rock. I couldn't get much sleep, tossed and turned a lot. The rooms air, was so muggy, that me and my baby, literally could smell mildew in the air. It actually felt, suffocating.
