”We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...

”Always the perfect stay at White Bear Lake Best Western!! The food, pool and hot tub are top notch. The owner checks in with you to make sure you have everything you need fantastic place to vaycay”

”This was a fantastic hotel. Very clean property especially the pool area. The room was so clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was top tier. Anything you would like for breakfast they had it. Waffles, pork tacos, chia pudding, eggs, sausage. We will be back!!”

”Funky drive way, 1 road with 3 back to back drive ports, all leading to a different thing. McDonalds, the hotel and a church. Non of them connecting, so if you pass the hotel you can't us the church parking lot to get though, and the hotel is smack dab in the middle. It was funny!”

”Hotel was good, the elevator is definitely a little sketchy as if it hasn’t been looked at for awhile. Room was clean and breakfast was great. No pool or hot tub. For the price great hotel. ”

”Very run down hotel. If you are adverse to embedded smoke smell and tobacco smell do not stay at this hotel. Ever time I went into the room I coughed until I left the room. Hotel needs to be upgraded from 1980.”

”Overall our stay was good. Nice hotel, was clean, was very surprised at how small our room was. We had a king bed room and that’s about all that could fit. We also had issues with either someone in the room next to us or some other guests putting their food garbage outside our door. This happened twice in the two nights we were there.
