”Shower wasn't draining, loud kids in the hallways. Front desk staff was rude to my child. There was a child that puked in the pool area, and they never came to clean it up after it was reported to the front desk. ”

”My stay was perfect. The staff were exceptional. The drivers were on time. My room was just was I needed and in the time that I needed it. Everyone was very accommodating and the breakfast was good. ”

”Overnight staff was not helpful or kind. Could not Initially find our reservation when I had advised to did the self check in. No explanation of the property. We were offered to upgrade but he did not say there was a time limit or had to be decided right then. When we asked about it after he was quite rude in his tone stating it was too late, we would have to pay for another room. After I proceeded to say it was fine. He kept going as to why we could not take the upgrade in a rude tone. After...

”Very clean. Breakfast was good, pirce was fantastic. Staff was all very friendly.”

”Room was infested with ants. We kindly asked the front desk to spray. We stayed two days and when we left the ants were coming out of my purse and my sweater and suitcase. At the restaurant we had ants crawling on the table. At the hospital ants were crawling out of my bag. ”

”I booked the stay from Friday-Sunday and we were in a severe weather warning so for my safety I chose to cancel the booking from Saturday-Sunday to avoid travel issues. I was told by Expedia that they would contact the hotel for a refund waiver and was told the hotel denied it. It doesn’t make sense as to why they would deny me a refund when I didn’t stay the extra night. Just seems like they enjoy stealing peoples money and I would never stay here again for that reason. ”
