”Property was nice. Rooms clean. Other guests were nice. Felt safe. But understaffed big time. Nobody ever at the front desk to help you. Tried to buy snacks from the store and couldn’t find anyone to help at front desk. Other people waiting too, all of the time… How is that okay!?”

”The staff were waiting and had everything ready for our late arrival. The room was clean and room temp was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was basic but most places don't offer it at all anymore. We weren't there for very long but had no issues.”

”The place was great for kids and families as you visiting mall of America. No hot tub onsite and activities for the kids are sparse compared to their other great wolf lodge properties. Will I stay again….stayed for 3 nights and 4 days and couldn’t get room service those nights. Only trash removal and towel removal only after finding out u must request the night before and for it STILL NOT TO BE DONE… No clean sheets, no bed making, anything that was needed was dropped at door without even...
