”Clean room ”

”Good staff clean hotel every good”

”We arrived around 10 pm. The front receptionist was clicking on her computer and looking at her phone. She doesn't look up, greet me, or even say I'll be right with you. After a very uncomfortable ,rude few minutes of her basically ignoring me, and I have my od and card out on the counter, she finally looks up to check me in. Property feels and looks dated. Not very clean, there were mold spots in the shower grout, pool are was not cared for, and 1 elevator was out of service. We were in town...

”Staff friendly. Clean. Room overpriced for what it was and the area. Looks like they increased price for local event. Room had bedside light out, shower dripped and made noise as it hit drain cover (all night) and only one chair (desk chair) in room. They charged $5 facilities maintainable fee on top of room charges. No irony there. Stayed in much nicer Marriott properties in NYC, Chicago and elsewhere for less.”

”System was not working at time of check in. Two men at counter, only 1 acknowledged me. The other might have been IT but thought he could let me know that. Also fridge was unplugged and we are not certain why.”

”Very nice hotel , spacious pool , lot of breakfast options. Halls were nice and clean , walls are sound proof The ONLY issue we had, is our cards had to keep being switched . We would get locked outside . Locked out of pool ,locked out of our room which was big inconvenience since our room was on opposite end from lobby , then elevator was functioning however very slow . Overall I would still give it 9/10 because the property itself is a hidden gem , very nice. Just unfortunate we have key...

”Funky drive way, 1 road with 3 back to back drive ports, all leading to a different thing. McDonalds, the hotel and a church. Non of them connecting, so if you pass the hotel you can't us the church parking lot to get though, and the hotel is smack dab in the middle. It was funny!”

”Very run down hotel. If you are adverse to embedded smoke smell and tobacco smell do not stay at this hotel. Ever time I went into the room I coughed until I left the room. Hotel needs to be upgraded from 1980.”

”There was a hockey tournament in town with families and kids staying in the hotel. It was noisy.”
