”We have stayed here many times over the last five years. It is our go to property in the area. I will have to say that the stay this time was disappointing only because the breakfast did not offer much that we liked and very limited. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and the whole property is very clean.”

”Both Mornings I went for Breakfast, not late, they were out of coffee, had to ask. The choices for food, was ok, but not great. Not near enough tables to eat at though, very small area! My room was clean, and nice, was a little smaller than I expected. The air conditioner was on the wall next to the bed, not much room to walk around it. And the fan was stuck, couldn't move the direction it was blowing, even could feel it clear across the room. I tried to turn fan to low, not much different!”

”The Americinn in Forest Lake was affordable and clean. My son enjoyed playing in the large pool, but the hot tub was under repair. The breakfast was decent, but not great. The beds were comfortable.”

”A good spot if you have business near the East Metro. Truly a sleep and rest type of place. Room was quiet and clean but the sinks and bathroom tubs drained relatively slowly, (my only qualm). I asked for a room on the 2nd floor and they obliged kindly at room 225. I received all the extra soaps I needed as well. I read reviews of people complaining the front desk is not visible unless the bell is rung. I did see that happening but I do not see the problem with that because I rang the...

”The advertised queen bed was a full (smaller). The sheets had holes in them. The smoke-free room had a heavy odor of smoking in it. I would not ever book here again.”

”Was hoping for a classic cup of coffee, but it came from a machine that had very strong coffee at EXTREME hott temperature.”

”Not outdated. Room floor was dirty. Staff was good with the exception of one who would follow the kids around and complain about there wet feet walking through the halls and picking up cups and garbage even while they were still next to them.”

”My room seemed clean and tidy. My room was lacking in maintenance. Poorly fitting and functioning shower fixtures. Could not get the TV to work. Called the front desk for assistance, staff said they would send someone to my room but no one came. Very disappointed.”

”Motel was in a good area for what we needed. Workers at desk were very helpful. House maid was helpful, and I appreciated that she checked in with me every day. Included breakfast was fine/normal. Carpet in hallway needs cleaning. Garden/outdoor area needs a lot of work.”

”The room was dirty, the bathroom wasn't clean and there showered was really dirty, I had u use to used a half of bottle of bleach, the elevator smells like mildew, the hallway was dirty too, I will NEVER go back there, they breakfas, on the scale 1 to 10, I give them 1, it was the worst ever”
