Drains smell persisted in toilet and thinnest loo roll paper I've seen anywhere - very poor standard! Despite this, rooms and hotel where very clean and the staff were excellent and welcoming. Breakfast good but utensils and cutlery could run out often. ....
I would stay here again.”

”Check in quick and easy. Parking was busy but always found a space. Room was clean and functional, cleaned daily although often not until well into the afternoon. The safe was not working when we arrived but was fixed almost immediately on notifying reception.
The food, both breakfast and evening meals, was very good quality with lots of choice.
The gym was out of operation which we were not aware of before arrival - there was no indication of when it would reopen.

”Great location and loved the room and artwork everywhere. It was a great room and liked how there was a separation door between the two rooms.
I wish there was more communication. I tried reaching out about my room details, but was left unanswered. Lucky, the room situation with the two beds works out!
Overall, loved the room, beds were a bit firm (but I like more firm beds) and everything was nice and clean. Would stay there again!”
