The hotel itself is a little tired HOWEVER the staff were absolutely wonderful. Shoutout to Asma on the concierge desk who helped me make mothers day special very last minute. Location is wonderful, overall would chose to stay here rather than make drive to Fremantle from Perth

Norfolk Hotel
There was some trouble during the first night I arrived, but staff handled the situation very nicely. I got refunded the first night and received a voucher to the restaurant. Everybody makes mistakes, the thing is how the staff reacts and handles it afterwards. Nice place, I recommend.
