”The villa is in a great position. In a small cul-de-sac so quite peaceful, yet only a couple of hundred yards from 3 small supermarkets. Also very close to the marina and all it's many restaurants covering all cuisines and prices. The beach was just a little further on but an easy stroll. The villa is spacious, maybe a bit 60's ish but nicely furnished and extensively equipped. A real home from home. Some steps to negotiate, tricky if you have any mobility issues, but otherwise not a problem....

”Tout était parfait. Très bon échange avec le propriétaire, en amont. Instructions claires et détaillées. Le logement est très bien agencé, fonctionnel, spacieux et bien équipé. Linge de lit et de toilette fourni, ainsi que les produits de première nécessité. Piscine très agréable. Emplacement de choix a 5 min du port et 8 min de la plage. Je recommande vivement !! ”

”Maison très bien équipée, manque juste le lave vaisselle mais à part ça, rien à dire. Maison grande, jardin parfaitement entretenu, terrasse à l’ombre, à 2 pas de la plage, des commerces, des restaurants… Ciutadella à 10 minutes, idéal pour aller voir toutes les plages de la côte sud.”

”Alloggio ben strutturato e spazi confortevoli ed ottimizzati. La piscina è un plus molto apprezzato. Inammissibile l'assenza di lavastovilìglie e di lampade per comodini. Da italiano non comprensibile l'assenza di bidet nell'unico bagno.”

”Sa Calma is in a excellent location , short walk to either Cala Blanca or Cala Santandria beach, with a good variety of restaurants. Air conditioning wasn’t the best, there was only one unit in the longe/kitchen really could have done with some fans in the bedroom at least. Could have done with more shade in the outside area. On the terrace in the evening there was no shade.An awning over the terrace would have ben good.”

”The photos don’t do it justice. Beautiful apartment with outside, roomy patio in a peaceful area.Lovely sunsets from a few yards away and handy for restaurants and supermarkets. Will definitely be back.”
