”We rented superior room (4 persons) and in the first place there wasn`t balcony or mountainview but there was minibar (without any drinks), terrible looking room (windows too high to look outside), but there was bathtub. Next day we waited 5 hours to get a better room with all amenities, but we get a bigger room with balcony and mountainviews but no bathtub and minibar. ”We got here the best service in the best English language in whole Italy, thanks in particular to the young gentleman who was always there. Our 4-person family had no problems fitting into the spacious room - or was it called suite. The kids would have spent all day at the pool. The spa (adults only) was not the place for me but certainly a nice extra to the stay anyway. Breakfast suffered some shortages every now and then because the lady was probably alone there serving several guests, but it...

”Second time in this hotel, now 3 nights. Location is great for Tre Cime and other hikes. Food was good. Only complain we had, was exceptionally loud noices, which came from corridor and other rooms. Not possible to sleep without ear plugs.”

”Restaurant staff was very friendly and helpful. Food is amazing. Front desk staff is professional and courteous. Also, we were given shuttle rides to the Campolongo Ski slope every day. Our driver is dedicated, friendly and so reliable, always there to take us to the slope, help with the skis or luggage. Overall a great experience. ”
