The villa is partly with sloping ceilings and has been fully renovated in 2025 with modern and stylish furnishings. Upon entering through the entrance hall on the ground floor, you will find 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV, along with 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds and a shower/bidet/WC. The upper floor, accessed by an open staircase, features 1 room with 1 double bed and TV with exit to the balcony, plus a bath/shower/bidet/WC. The 2nd upper floor, also reached by an open staircase, offers a large living/dining room with 1 sofabed and satellite TV with exit to the balcony. The large kitchenette is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and dining nook. The villa features both parquet floors and natural stone floors throughout. This spacious and bright property accommodates a maximum capacity of 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
