”My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival. ”Honestly, This was little gem of a motel. Newly redecorated, with a touch of class in the lobby and breakfast room. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was more than expected with freshly made breakfast sandwiches, along with the normal breakfast fare. We will be back.”

”From Checkin to Checkout we had a great stay - cannot praise staff enough for making us feel so welcome. Room was clean but the bed was a bit hard for me - not something that can be easily changed, and no fault of the staff.”

”I've stayed at this hotel many times and never once been disappointed. The staff are always very friendly and personable. The entire place is very clean and well taken care of. The rooms are very clean, and the thermostat keeps the room at whatever temperature that you like. It's my #1 preferred hotel in Lenoir, NC.”
