”Las dueñas del hotel son muy simpáticas y cercanas. Hice mi reserva a las 10pm para la misma noche y me aceptaron sin problema. El hotel está un pelín lejos del centro pero la dueña nos acercó en coche las veces que necesitamos. Pude disfrutar de su piscina!!”

”Clean room. Missing a microwave. Would be nice to have one. Staff was affable. Wifi wasn't working too well. Don’t like the steep drive in entrance. Good little drive away from the main road. When I arrived and while being at the property I didn’t see an opened bar. Overall, beautiful place.”

”The breakfast was good but needed more of a selection. It would have been nicer to eat in piece without cats surrounding you while you’re trying to eat. The rooms are outdated. The pool is too close to the outside dining area, need a more private area for a pool.”

”quiet secluded place not near any walkable market/restaurants. staff was nice dont bother you at all unless you need help with something. room was quite spacious alot spacious actually (solo traveler). only down fall was that the cloth on the head board of the bed was worn out. great view beautiful neighborhood.”

”Very nice and clean, just as shown in the pictures. However was very difficult to find based off of the address and description. The guard at the gate didn’t know either and was not helpful at all. Once we found our way in, everything was fine. We enjoyed our stay here, the host hired a very nice driver, Ramone who took us around town during our stay. I would recommend this place, but just a disclaimer if you get lost, reach out to the owner, he will message you the day of your check in.”

”The host was very easy to communicate with. She greeted us when we arrived. She was great. The house is very beautiful inside and out, the view was amazing. It is very clean inside. The only issue is the way to the house is very difficult to get to. We drove up on a hill that had a lot of bumpy roads and a lot of garbage. Keep in mind if you stay here that once you go out, try to do all of your outings because it’s hard to go back and forth to the house.”

”They did not advertise on the resort that they were doing construction half of the amenities and restaurants were closed, including the pools and lazy river. The room service is horrible. It took over an hour and a half halftime you would call and get the busy signal you couldn’t even get through the menu was very limited. The staff was amazing. The housekeeper did not properly clean our room and did not restock the towels. We had to request additional towels.
