Enjoy true Tennessee comfort in the riverside town of Clarksville when you book your stay at this charmingly updated home. Located just over a mile away from the popular Liberty Park, you can enjoy easy access to a family-friendly green space along the Cumberland River, as well as a public boat ramp.

This happy home includes a large backyard furnished with a patio, a gas grill, and a firepit for private outdoor living. The living area benefits from an open-concept design, high ceilings, and skylights creating an inviting space for family gatherings. The updated full kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and custom cabinets that are sure to inspire delicious at-home meals. Everyone can spend downtime together streaming shows and movies on the living room Smart TV. Two of the bedrooms also include Smart TVs for added flexibility. Everyday essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Downtown shops, breweries, restaurants, and attractions like the Customs House Museum and Cultural Center are a little over three miles from the home. Dunbar Cave State Park is within a seven-mile drive.

Perfect getaway home

This home was absolutely perfect in every way. They left nothing off. The home was fully stocked and then some. I’ve rented a lot of homes and this one was at the top of the list. The homeowner was in contact with us the entire length of our stay making sure we had all we needed. They were so accommodating! We spent a week in the home to celebrate Thanksgiving with our active duty daughter and it was perfect for the 8 adults we had at the home. We will definitely be back!

In for a weeding

We came in for the weekend for a wedding when we arrived instructions to get into the place was not complicated. Easy access place very clean. Very nice. Neighborhood was very nice. Very well-maintained. Neighbors were all quite respectable. The home exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed ourselves and it was a great location easy to get highway and get around town.

Amazing Property/Amazing Hosts

An amazingly clean, well stocked, well organized home with every little detail thought out. The communication from the hosts was top notch. We arrived in town early in middle of a huge storm and they were gracious enough to let us check-in early. 5 stars are not enough.

Perfect for a family stay!

Such a cozy, super clean house! The hosts are super! They checked in, made sure all was well. They were accommodating us by extending our checkout time a bit. The kitchen is fully stocked if you’re planning on cooking in (we always have a crockpot). Cute outdoor patio, we seen deer every morning with our coffee! Definitely enough room for a family! Not far from Walmart or Aldi too!

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Rick and Kelly’s house in Clarksville. The house was very clean, and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, with enough pillows and blankets. Rick and Kelly were great hosts, and responded right away to our texts. We will definitely be back!

I love this home

This house is so nice and clean in a new subdivision the owners make sure to communicate with you to make sure everything is ok. This home has snacks and everything you need. Plenty of towels, blankets and comfortable beds I would definitely stay here again
