While pets are adored in our neighborhood, our home maintains a strict no-pet policy due to severe allergies. Additionally, our space is not suitable for hosting parties.

**For makeup only use makeup towels that are provided. Please DO NOT use the white towels for makeup removal. Violation incurs $15/Towel, $10/Washcloth & $10/Hand Towel. Thank you!
**Bathroom: Do not flush sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels, or diapers. Flush toilet paper only. If damage occurs you will be charged the plumbing fee.
**NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed to stay overnight.
-A violation of this rule could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund.
-A $100 fee will be charged for each additional guest per night, which is not included on the original reservation.
Remove all food out of the fridge when leaving- **Take all trash to the dumpster ($75 charge if the team has to do it)
** Place dishes in the dishwasher before leaving.

**We are not responsible for any personal belongings left behind and will not ship them to you, so remember to take all your belongings.
**Security: For the safety of all, security cameras are installed outside the front and back doors of the home. Tampering with the security system or door locks will lead to an immediate cancellation of your reservation. Guests found in violation will ask to leave the premises at once, and no refunds will be given.
