”This is a nice hotel especially for a family with kids. The staff is excellent and the hotel itself is really clean. I enjoyed the gym because they have a lot of different equipment to use. The only complaint that I have is that the pillows are super flat. They had no fluff in them what so ever. Other than that, I would definitely recommend!! ”

”I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. ”Our room bed linen had stains, our face/body towels were heavily stained. Surfaces were dirty. Our hall (4th) smelled bad everyday. Seems like truck drivers & construction workers pay to park here. The parking lot literally had no parking & we stayed for 3 days & really didn’t see any people go in & out of the rooms & hotel! There was 1 elevator & no one was ever in there with us. Like a zombie hotel :(”

We went to Cincinnati with another couple for an overnight getaway and everything was great until we got up this morning and went down for breakfast at 7 a.m when breakfast was supposed to start. ”Breakfast menu was good and the food was excellent. The food area was amazing clean and the staff working the area was extremely friendly and welcoming. The room was clean fresh towels and the bed was clean and comfortable. Parking was available at all times and parking area was lit and clean.”
