”We spent four night. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We were told there was no coffee making facilities but we used microwave to heat water. So take your own microwaveable cup. The room was well worn. No usb ports, no hangers. Bath mat was thread bare with holes The beds were comfortable but the pillows were way too soft. For me anyway. There are no restaurants nearby. But the Subway is good. Very basic”

”I asked for a room on the first floor, and I don't think it had been completely clean. The towels were dirty, and a tube of toothpaste was still in the bathtub shower.”

”The facilities were ok. The room only had a portable heater for heating but it did keep the room comfortable. Didn't have hot water. There were trains running nearby. The king size bed was comfortable. There was a ceiling fan.”

”Friendly staff, very clean, pride is obviously taken in this location. Stayed closer to work during this recent Winter Weather. All the amenities you need are right around this location. Floors and walls were quiet, I didn't notice any sound as I slept. Hot water was not the thousand degree level I prefer, lol, but not many places are. I will stay here again, should the same situation arise.”

”We stayed here twice once while heading to our destination and then returning home. Both rooms were very clean, staff friendly, breakfast good. Nothing bad to say about the hotel. ”

”Room was comfortable, a bit tight. Room & bath were clean. The breakfast was disappointing. A comment was made on a review about the availability of hot water. It’s not been resolved. I had to microwave my tea water to have a decent cup. Also, you had to ask for tea bags. The breakfast was awful and very unhealthy. The biggest disappointment was the pool as it didn’t state it was unheated! Big disappointment after chosing this place because of the pool. ”

”Great if you're looking for a hotel while on business. The only thing that drags it down is, nothing to do in JC. Otherwise, I'd go here again. Plenty of spots to eat in walking distance though. ”

”We ended up leaving and losing all our money as the hotel would not refund us. There were dead bugs all over the room, the sheets were thread bare and looked extremely old and unsanitary. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the ceiling had prior water damage and was cracked and peeling as well. The carpet was stained… overall the building was in extreme disrepair. None of us felt comfortable laying down on the beds or setting our belonging on the floor. ”
