”We are both professors and visited Salisbury in January 2026. We stayed one night, had dinner and enjoyed the bar in the property and breakfast served in our room --nice touch and attention to the guests, (the kitchen was going to be under renovation for a few days). ”We have stayed at The Old Mill may times & since it's changed owners it still provides comfortable, welcoming & cosy accommodation. The breakfast is very good & large, freshly cooked but now quite an expensive extra. On the whole really happy with our stay.”

”So homely! Even though it wasn’t a walking distance to the High Street for us, we loved everything about it ! The room had 3 beds, very spacious, quiet, clean amenities and super comfy bedding. My mother-in-law had breakfast and she was very happy with it. We will definitely stay again when in Salisbury and HIGHLY RECOMMEND. ”

”If you’re looking for a lovely spot in the heart of the New Forest, this is definitely one to try. Although it’s located on the A36, once you’re inside the property the road noise disappears completely. We stayed in the Nomansland Suite, which was perfect for our four-day stay. It included a comfortable double bed, bathroom, fridge, and kettle, and the room was cleaned daily. The host who greeted us was very friendly and suggested lots of great things to do nearby, which was really helpful....
