”Great location with a beautiful view! Just across the street from the beach and within 10 minutes to restaurants in St. Pete and other areas! My only feedback would be that the furniture is quite old/stained, the carpet in the bedrooms is also in bad shape. At night the carpet would smell, which I assume is due to the age of the carpet. Other than that, it's a nice place.”

”Chad was easy to contact and very helpful. TV was a challenge, could use an instructions card. Very slow drainage in bathroom sink. Other than that, unit was excellent. Beach access very near the unit. Highly recommend Westwinds.”

”I was well-informed of the check-in/check-out process. Well organized/managed. The unit was clean and comfortable. For a little more than our previously booked hotel, we were able to enjoy a full "home". The views were perfect offering both sunrise & sunset from the balcony. We walked to the beach, dined at local restaurants and caught a brief rest poolside at the waterpark. Perfect little getaway. ”

”The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. ”
