”Easy access and very bright clean and airy. It has everything you need and is lovely and quiet. Good outdoor space too with access to Queens Park boating lake. Bedrooms were both great but, if you struggle with mobility, the upstairs room might not be for you( very steep stairs!). The room and bed are amazing though! The fireplace is a stunner which wouldnt look out of place in a much larger property. Overall, this is a cracking little place to stay, less than five minutes from the beach and not...

”The lodge was excellent, very spacious and comfortable. Barbara and Luke were excellent hosts. Fished the small lake as Luke said it was rarely fished. Caught bream up to 6lb on luncheon meat. Enjoyed some nice walks in the area.”

”Very helpful and friendly owners, great location for visiting our new granddaughter. 2 mins walk to lovely Pearsons park. Some lovely welcoming items, lots of fresh fruit, bread, butter, milk and cake all vegan as owners are, a couple of things i would suggest is maybe a door curtain could be put in place as there was no privacy going from the bathroom across the kitchen to the bedroom also there was no smoke alarm present. All in all a nice stay 👍 ”

Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property.”
