”Erinomaine hinta/laaatu suhde. Hotelli sijaitse mäen päälle josta hyvä näkyvyyttä Bishops Cleeve kylään. Kuitekin ainka voimakas tuulta. Huoneet ja aamupalat hinnan mukaan perustasolla mutta riittävät. Kokopäivä oltin autolla reisulla ja vaan yöksi hotelliin. Suositelen. ”

”Dreadful communication, I emailed a query 3 days prior to arrival & had no response. The night before arrival I got an email saying I hadn’t paid. I’d not received a request for payment. The payment link was still not sent and on the morning of arrival I got another email saying I’d not paid shortly followed by yet another demand. ”Excellent hotel Well located Great breakfast and evening meals Good communal lounge areas Quirky specious room (double) Only downside was that we found the room very warm,(we had a couple of warm April days) there was a fan it didn’t really cool the room, just glad it wasn’t peak Summer. Limited parking onsite 4 spaces, but enough on street parking so no issue. Enjoyable stay overall.”

”Check in procedure was a bit unusual for me, if I’m honest. It took a couple of phone calls, emails and having to download their app. That said straightforward once you understood it. Paid offsite parking is a block away. Wouldn’t have been ideal if I’d had a suitcase to lug around. Parking and accommodation on separate invoices. I had clocked it not a hotel, but serviced boutique apartments. Location is great. Good choice of eateries close by. All said, now that I know what to expect...

”Roy the manager went over and above to help us during the check in process. Let us check in early as our room was ready. We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. The room was clean and extremely spacious had floor to ceiling windows in the bedroom and bathroom. So it felt light and airy. Lots of mod cons like a blue tooth radio and Nespresso coffee machine. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate and there was a bottle of milk and two bottles of water in the fridge. Lovely comfy bed and a great waterfall...

”We visited Cheltenham with our 18 month old to go to a wedding. The building is a beautiful period property but there isn’t a lift, so request a 1st floor room if you have a lot of luggage! Room was beautiful and we had a lovely view of the park. ”

”Beautiful room. Lots of space,and soap and body creme too. Shower lovely with shower gel,and shampoo. Breakfast choice was extensive and served at the table. Charming hostess was very attentive, but not overpowering. Would highly recommend it, and hopefully will stay again.”
