The rooms look nothing how they are advertised online, the place has a smell as soon as you hit the front door. I had to be moved from my initial room to another room because of the terrible smell. Staff was not very nice about the situation.

The only two things I didn't like was the cleaning staff did not take away the trash left by the previous guest. Also, nobody came to unclog the bathroom sink, although I only casually mentioned it to the front desk and didn't really demand that it be taken care of. I just started brushing my teeth at the kitchen sink.

This hotel was close to the airport. It had a kitchen that we didn't use. We left before breakfast, so not sure how that was. It was clean and maintained.

The first room I was offered literally smelled, very strongly (maybe of mildew?) To their credit, the staff immediately switched me to another (larger and nicer) room without any push-back and apologized. The new room was much better but still smelled just a tad odd. The property is clearly a bit old, worn, and dim, although I didn't see any signs of visible uncleanliness. The exercise room is small but clean and the machines worked fine. There's plenty of parking and one can walk to a Walmart and a couple of restaurants (and drive quickly to a very, very large number more restaurants and shops). I wouldn't stay at this property if I were looking for a spa weekend :), but as an economical place to do some work in off hours and sleep comfortably, it worked.

La recepcionista que nos trató mal. Nos cancelaron la reservación aunque ya estaba pagada de antemano. No quisieron devolver el dinero. No quisieron darme la habitación. Pienso que fue más por racismo por el idioma. La mujer de la recepción estaba hablando portugués y no acepto que yo le explicara ni le preguntara porque me canceló la reservación. La primera vez que tengo una terrible experiencia así. No lo recomiendo y deberían de quitar este hotel de expedía porque eso daña la reputación de la página.

The rooms smell very bad. The lobby was smelling a lot. We somehow had to settle with a room after switching a couple of rooms but none of them were really good. The staff was super rude. We asked for a toaster as mentioned in the room notes, and she was so horrible as if we asked for her kidney and as if she was doing a charity by giving the hotel asked her to give. I think the hotel should mention 'Come beg for a toaster'. Overall very bad experience, I would now think twice before going to any Extended Stay America.

Did not know silverware was going to cost extra to have in the room. I went to make my food and could not eat it. I had to leave property to get a meal late at night because front desk did not have anything. Also wish there was a safe in the room as I travel for work.

Dishpacks/silverware are available free upon request. The other extended Stay off of Grayton road charges for their dishpacks. We have it posted in several areas by the front desk and inside each room that it is free upon request. We also have vending by the front desk area.

Chromecast made me feel very uncomfortable he made me feel like he did that want to help me and that I was bothering him because he was tired the phones did not work and there was a point where a phone call needed to be addressed coming in I couldn't even call out my daughter is pregnant and needed to go to the hospital she couldn't even dial 911 Windows didn't work bedroom are very uncomfortable and springs were just sticking out no blankets no pillows old food I need bed and so forth girls are very good the cleaning staff was very nice although I vacuumed and cleaned up and I had to ask for Charles several times cuz there was hair on the house every one of them including the one that you put down to come out of the bathtub water didn't want to stay in the tub I had to scramble to talk keys did not work the door as well there was no utensils or dishes like they said they would have so popular pain none of that and there was no breakfast just to my fitness
