This charming Airbnb is central to so much of what Cleveland has to offer! The apartment is situated right b/w the trendy areas of Little Italy and Coventry Village and about a 5-7 minute drive to University Circle, Cleveland Clinic & UH Case Western Reserve main campuses. This 1st floor apt features an updated kitchen, comfortable dining space & a big living area with enough seating for everyone. Need something? Let us know how we can accommodate!

Host will be available via booking portal and is generally very responsive.

This neighborhood is SO central - close to both world-class medical establishments, hip neighborhoods and of course, the world-famous Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is only a 15 minute car ride away. This apartment is a stone's throw away from well-frequented public transportation lines. There is so much to do...feel free to ask!

All spaces in the first floor apartment and front of the house porch are for guest use. The second and third floor apartments are for long-term tenants. *Door in the kitchen that leads into a foyer should not be used for access in and out of the apartment.*

Guests enter through the front door using self check-in and the apartment is immediately to the right, with the door opening to the living room; PLEASE do not use side door if the house to go in and out. Dining area is adjacent to the living room and a semi-swinging door opens to the kitchen fron the dining room. Bathroom and bedrooms are adjacent to the dining area and kitchen. *The far bedroom is accessed through the middle one.*

If you want to save money on renting a car... this apartment is about a two-minute walk from the 7 bus that takes you directly to several popular destinations including:

Cleveland Clinic (about an 11 min bus ride)
Cleveland Museum of Art (about a 9 min bus ride)
Coventry Village (about a 7 min bus ride)
Cleveland Heights Recreation Pavilion
Eastgate Shopping Center
Hillcrest Hospital

The 9 bus is about a 5 minute walk and takes you within about a 2-5 minute walk of:

Can’t rate the apt because we never saw it. Can rate the management for their poor behavior.We made a reservation in April to attend our son’s graduation from his residency program at CWRUH. It is a 4 hr drive from our home in Pa . About 1-2 hours before we arrived we got a call from the host telling us the reservation was cancelled due to water damage that didn’t get repaired in time to make it habitable. Initially no alternatives we offered. But after talkin on the phone the host offered another apt in the building. He offered to send a link with pics to see if it was suitable. Nothing was sent and finally got another call saying that the stairway to the other apt was under construction and so it was unit not available either. We cancelled the reservation and had to find something on our own at the last minute. When we looked at the sight again to give a review , we saw the same thing had happened to another couple attending a different graduation in May. Clearly they had time to contact us earlier but did not. This is a very unprofessional group with multiple apts for short term rentals.

Cancelled on us as we were arriving

We had reserved the house in advance for our son's graduation weekend. As we got off the plane the manager cancelled the reservation because of water damages. They could have told us this in advance and we could have reserved something suitable. Instead, we had to scramble to get accommodations for my family and ended up paying way too much for last minute lodgings.
