”The room was very old and run down. Smelled like mold, water damage in the bathroom. The doors were covered in dirt. Key card kept not working and had to get it reset multiple times. Was not told that the slide to the pool wouldn’t be open until 5. That was a disappointment. ”

”Where do I start, The moment I walked in I was greeted by Front Desk. Check In was Quick and Smooth. Outstanding Customer Service. Shout Out to the Front Desk Woman who worked 4/16 at 6:00pm. I was impressed. I manage people for a living, and she Killed it with Service.
Room as Great! Clean and Bed was Comfy. Parking Lot is Small but definitely has enough parking spots for the Guests.
Moving On to 4/17 Morning. Front Desk Was Awesome. Continental Breakfast, Very Good. The Staff Lady at Front...
