The front desk staff was helpful in getting us checked in a little earlier that the 3:00 check-in time. The room was pleasant, and very clean throughout the hotel. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Dining Room manager, Jill, was exceptional. She was pleasant, friendly and helpful. ”

”We love this hotel. Across the street from the beach and some restaurants, you can walk to the Cliffwalk and the hot tub on the roof with the fire pit is such a treat. The staff is really friendly. The gym is nice and the breakfast is simple but good. I just wish people would respect the rules and don’t drink/smoke on the roof and the hot tub. The indoor pool and adjacent hot tub are really nice as well. Both buildings are nice!! We will keep coming back! ”
”We had at first not considered Middletown as the area we wanted to stay, but weren't able to find accommodation elsewhere. How wrong we were! This area and in particular, this hotel was perfect for what we needed after a full day in Newport. The second floor room had a balcony which was an added plus, the room itself was well designed with a sofa and desk, microwave and frig. The bathroom was a bit old and small, but no real complaints can be made. The free breakfast in the morning was great....
