”Clean room and bathroom
Very slow check in and check out. My bill was incorrect on checking out I was being charged for something I didn’t have.
No lift

”Very hotel in some deeper and in much need of updating albeit some work was happening as floors were up but nothing warned of or briefed
Room was basic, tv did not work, staff knew but declined to mention it or offer any fix or assistance.
Complaints department details requested on check out and was told ‘someone would be jn touch’. They haven’t. Still.
Pretty disappointing in all.”

”The property is simply stunning! I have been to the Cotswolds many times over the years however this was a first for my partner who found the area breathtaking. The highlight of her few days here was the hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was faultless and will certainly return for a longer stay.”

”The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.”

”Ground floor onto decking no privacy people walk past all the time looking directly onto the bed ! So hot and no a/c so the one big heavy door kept open all night so worried anyone could walk in! Just one tiny top window above door. 1 fan in the room doesn't do anything. Badly designed place and in a U shape so everyone opposite looks at each other too like a block of flats.”

”Me, my partner and our 2 dogs spent an amazing weekend there ❤️ The place is magical. We went for long walks around the fields, ate amazing food in the restaurant at the property, swam in a swimming pool, and enjoyed the area around. Definitely recommend to visit!

”We really enjoyed our stay. The staff in particular were so helpful especially because they located my husband’s wallet he had misplaced. Locals often could be found in the bar/dining area.
The only issue was related to having rooms that were dated.
We had a disabled room and were concerned that there were no electric power points next to the bed. To recharge mobiles etc was difficult.
We would return if we had the opportunity.”
