”This is an older, well-kept and maintained property. Looked as if it had been recently repainted. My bathroom and shower were impeccably clean and everything worked. Remember, this is a Best Western just off a major interstate, so it's not the Ritz-Carlton, but the bed was comfortable, bedding was clean and nice pillows, TV works, etc. No complaints about the room. The courtyard is also well kept and the landscaping was surprisingly attractive. Breakfast had a wide variety of options - cereal,...

”Found bugs in the first room, they said they would clean it and that didn't happen. They moved us to a new room and the carpet was so dirty we asked for a vacuum to clean it ourselves. When I checked out and told the front desk about our experience they did not offer a discount or refund. Also, breakfast was a very minimal continental breakfast, not worth it. Will not be staying here again!”

”Overall a nice place to stay. Quiet and clean with helpful staff. The Continental breakfast is adequate but could benefit from more frequent cleaning of counters, tables and equipment between guests. They are supposed to clean your room every 3rd day but I had to ask someone directly on the 5th day to get clean sheets and towels. I stayed a total of 8 nights but when I asked for a late check out I was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Seemed a bit rude.”

”The room is clean, front desk very nice. But the last few days we've had no elevator. On the 3rd floor and we have a cooler and luggage with a bad back. It's been awful going up and down the stairs. My nerve pain has been really going crazy.”
