”Value-for-money stay that is a little older and rough at the edges. You can park here and walk to the main street, since the main street has $20 parking. If your plan is to be out and about in Gatlinburg or the Smokies, and only return to sleep, this is a great budget stay. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the resort, I would spend a little more money and pick a nicer one.”

”A large, immaculate room & bathroom. Even the carpet was so clean, it appeared to be new. The pillows would conform to my neck and head. The mattress was very comfortable. The sheets were soft and comfortable. The sink & vanity were outside the bathroom, so I could brush my teeth while my husband showered. There was gorgeous scenery of trees & the rivers to sit and enjoy. Everyone was helpful and very nice. Also, it was quiet. Love Two Rivers Lodge!”

”Beautiful room with many amenities and very good free breakfast in morning. Staff was awesome and great location. Everything walking distance from lodge. Overall experience was great! Will return in summer weather for outdoor pool! My daughter and I had a blast.”

”I have a bad knee from surgery and the room was on the second floor. Clerk Said none available on first floor and they have no elevator. Really need to install one.”

”It was very nice. They are renovating the premises. I love the balcony with the rocking chairs”

”Highly recommend”

”Long View is top of my list of places to stay for all time. We stayed for two nights as an entry way to the Smokey Mountains, and it more than exceeded our expectations. Amazing views from the expansive deck with fireplaces, incredible design and planning went into the structure - a credit to the owner & local builders. Comfy beds and very welcoming staff. Breakfast is enough of a reason to return!”

”The room was clean, and the breakfast was good with plenty of vegetarian options. However, it would have been helpful to have a cabinet or wardrobe to store personal belongings.”

”We booked 6 rooms for our group for a 2-night stay at Mainstay Suites Gatlinburg. While the hotel looks fairly new and the rooms are equipped with convenient kitchen amenities like a stovetop and full-sized refrigerator, our overall experience was quite frustrating. First, even though we were told the hotel was completely sold out, having our group of 6 rooms scattered across 4 different floors was very inconvenient for us. Second, the kitchen setup had severe functional issues. On our last...

”Staff was very rude told me no more rooms were available. I then went to the parking lot and booked with no problem. Then she wanted to act nice and apologize.”

”Excelente, si quieres estar a distancia caminando este Hotel es el lugar”

”For price it was very nice”

”The property was clean and taken care of”

”Sweet little clean hotel. It has all the amenities you need. However, something that was very misleading is the fact that they advertise breakfast, when they really do not provide much. They barely had any breakfast available, first come first serve. Just some dry cereal and pre-packaged muffins, not even bagels or bread were available. Besides that good hotel over all.”

”It was clean. Great location.”

”Sitting on the balcony to listening to and watch the river was very pleasant. The street noise was unavoidable and the garage parking situation was also unavoidable but was available.”

”It’s good place to visit downtown Gatlinburg.”
