The room definitely needs updating. The bathroom tub was dirty and rusty. No towels wash cloths or tissue in room upon check in. One of the slides was not working. Food was not the best and extremely overpriced. Water park felt overcrowded and half the games in the arcade were either broken or not ...

I would like to get a full refund. I arrived at 5:45pm. After an hour of arriving the power went out at the hotel and hasnât came back on so my spouse and I are going to another hotel. The hotel manager isnât sure when the power will be back on as she has contacted DTE and they donât have an update ...
