”"A little bit funky" is how I would describe Lancaster Arts Hotel. Definitely different, and all in a good way. My requirements for a stellar hotel always includes: clean, comfortable and quiet, and LAH checked all those boxes. Loved the original art work on the walls. The shrimp bisque, ordered on the recommendation of the bartender, was undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. All employees were cheerful and helpful. I look forward to staying there in the future.”

”Only thing is that we did not have an iron in the room but had an ironing board. Actually needed one but made do.”

”The room looked like the picture but when we arrived there were long brunette hairs on the sheets. The room didn’t feel clean and there were no water fountains or amenities.”

”The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. Holes in walls, dated furnishings, door hanging off the walls, shower head sent water everywhere. Got caught out with having to pay a $100 deposit for the room at check in which I'd have understood if anything in that room was worth that much. Don't do it to yourself, book elsewhere.”

”The stay was beautiful and clean…. Old world charm, quiet and peaceful. Great hospitality and the Inn Keeper was very pleasant and welcoming.”

”Stayed 14 nights. First morning there was a guy across the street with a jackhammer going off at 6am. Next night kids at hotel were setting off fireworks at 11p. 2 days later the fire alarm went off at 8am, had to evacuate the room. Most nights there were lots of kids running thru the hotel. You could hear their room’s door slam shut. Often. Morning #13 the fire alarm went off again. Had to evacuate again. Breakfast was very mediocre at best.”

”I had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They made me feel valued from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.”

”The whirlpool wasn’t open, which was incredibly disappointing. We did have access to an alternative hotels pool, but the pool at this hotel opened up surprisingly quickly. The rooms were nice and the food/drink was pretty nice. Overall a good experience, and an amazing time.”

”Very clean, friendly and helpful staff, VERY comfortable bed and pillows. I even looked up the brand to purchase a pillow for myself at home. The pool was clean and outdoors. The breakfast was good as well!”
