Hotellit kohteessa Cloverdale, Montgomery

”Paying $50 for parking was unexpected.”

”Staff was great. Clean room. Neat vibe with tall ceilings and contemporary furniture. The TV/cable did not work. The AC worked but was very very loud and whiny. We had an adjoining room and could hear people talking/arguing most of the night.”

”Very courteous staff and always attentive. Very pet friendly. Property was very clean and maintained. The valet service was excellent. Rooms were spotless.”

”It was practically brand new Hotel Amenities were great decor was stylish and the arrangement of everything was just so that it made for a very easy trip.”

”This hotel was gorgeous! Customer service from the valet to the door to the front desk top tier!! My first time visiting Montgomery and my next visit will be with Renaissance Montgomery hotel & spa!!”

”The climate control was not on for the floor or room when we arrived. Hot in the room due to air conditioner was off. The weather outside was near 90 degrees. The television remote control made it difficult to locate channels. My coffeemaker was located in the bathroom instead of the living area. The needs a coffee table to place items on. Room was spacious, but needs a place for coffeemaker and ice bucket. The breakfast was ok.”

”My room was hot and the air didn't work good. Said something to front desk and all I got was sorry”

”Yes it’s all ways a pleasure to stay with the family there”

”Tub was dirty also shower wall”

”The rooms were very clean and well appointed and the staff were friendly. Also the hotel sits far enough off the main road that it is very quiet. There was a little wear and tear in my room like a hole in the curtain and place in the bathroom wall that had been poorly repaired. But again the room was so clean that it really didnt bother me. I would recommend this hote to friends and family.”
