We had to keep the air on freezing to get rid of the musty smell. The most disappointing thing was the poor function of space in the living room area - it's a huge room with a terribly small and uncomfortable TWIN pullout chair. We had an adult daughter that needed to sleep on that and her feet were falling out of the end. Nevermind the paper thin...

”I was comfortable staying here but I saw a property on the decline. If they don't invest in maintenance and upkeep the place will be a dump pretty soon. I mean like when you attempt to open the closet door and it almost falls out the frame because the hinges aren't bolted to anything. It was just jammed into place to look as if it was functional. Why not just fix it? Bedspreads with large cigarette burns everywhere maybe should be tossed and replaced. Those little snails on the shower floor are...
