”Our sea view room was clean and spacious. The bed mattress was a bit uncomfortable though. The bathroom was clean. Could do with a couple of armchairs in the room rather than wooden ones but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room as we were out and about most of the time. The breakfasts were good with a good choice to suit most people. We've been to the grand now about 8 times now and have honestly never had any real issues. Looking forward to our next visit.”

”On arrival we were given the wrong room. I walked in to be welcomed by a naked man. I had my 2 young girls with me. It then took another 30mins to get us another room. The kitchen was clean but the floors and underneath the beds were filthy the bedroom light didnt work the curtain was broken and the toliet leak we were told someone would come to fix them the next day no one came. No matress protectors for the beds. The beds are very uncomfortable its like sleeping on a lumpy floor. The grounds...
