”This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property.
On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like.
For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. The restaurants were significantly understaffed, with extremely slow service for both bar and restaurants. Housekeeping and bell desk...

”Staff were very friendly and helpful at the registration desk. The room was clean and comfortable but did have some wear and tear in some places like the wall paper in the bathroom. The staff at the main dining area took long to approach and take our order and some were not very friendly, but it was still convenient to have a restaurant in the hotel. The pool was great and the kids enjoyed the arcade. Breakfast was also great. ”
