”Front desk said we would get our room early, but later on another staff member said we won't because they are doing deep cleaning. We ended up going into our room and there was hair on the bathroom floor and shower. Other than that, rest of the room was clean.
Staff is terrible. We asked for a late check out and whoever we spoke to on the phone said it was alright only if we pay the additional $79 fee. Later on, after an hour passed from regular check out time, staff called our room and was...

”I liked the location and the facilities. The staff were wonderful as well. I guess what I dislike was the cost for parking but that is expected for the location. We will be back in spite of the osrking cost.”
