”It was the perfect place to stay while visiting Sewanee. We were allowed to bring our dog and there were great spaces to walk them. Great tv room with a big screen to watch football. The kitchen was set up very nicely. We will definitely book again. ”

”We stayed here for our honeymoon! We were planning to be out for most of our time, and have the cabin to come back to at night; however, the weather had other plans for us! But nothing was nicer than having a nice, cozy cabin to hole up in and watch the rain! It was especially nice to sit on the back porch and listen to the nature as it rained! We definitely plan to come back!!”

”Was the perfect stop with our 2 small dogs to roam the surrounding fields instead of a hotel which never works out when traveling with pets. The cabin had everything we needed for a one night stop on our way to Florida from Wisconsin. Plenty roomy and wide open kitchen/ family room. ”

”This is my second time at the Retreat and first time at this home. I enjoyed my stay. Lovely porch to watch the sunset. The home had all the necessities that was needed for my 3 night stay. ”

”This compact house sits on a beautiful lot next to the woods. Several lovely hiking trails surround the gated community, which is quiet. The only reason I gave this property a three for family-friendly is that the home has a loft with a ladder. It is perfectly fine for kids over about 5/6 but I would be nervous if I had toddlers. All in all, the house was very comfortable—clean with well-equipped kitchen and very nice outdoor space (beautiful deck and fire pit). I would book this property...
