”Older hotel. Clean. Shower head kept falling down. Pool not heated- outdoor seating iffy- busted thru. Breakfast was decent - basics covered. 2nd elevator felt questionable- doors closed very quick-and did not pause for hand or body. TV is basic only- no streaming apps. Staff were great and friendly. Location was great if want to be close to beach. Walking distance- literally across street. Parking at hotel was easy and lots of it. ”

”The staff was as amazing!! I gave it 3 stars because we found a piece of pretzel on the sofa bed between the mattress and the platform. That's the only thing, besides that the staff was super friendly and helpful, close to all everything on Jekyll, and walking to the beach is beautiful. Keep in mind walking to the beach is not wheelchair accessible. ”

”We absolutely enjoyed it, and will be back. The rooms were cleaned everyday of our 5 day stay, the outdoor pool and lounge area was emasculate and pristine. The only issue we ran into was valet. The first night we chose to valet our car and the next morning, we were heading to get massages and the valet came back and said our car wouldn’t start. We instantly knew that whoever parked it didn’t turn it off properly or left a light on. They didn’t offer an apology, they relunctantly did arrange to...
