”Very clean, easy parking, nice neighborhood. Grocery store nearby, 25 min drive to downtown Savannah. Can be tough to find, can’t see the house number from the street so look for sign for the correct parking lot and need to walk between the houses to find the right one. Need to furnish your own dishwasher and laundry soap. ”

”The parking garage for guests was very nice and convenient. I left in the wee hours of the morning, and it was dark. The space is open and easily accessible, so safety traveling alone was a concern for me. I stayed in the Penthouse suite, and while it was nice to walk to the restaurant, the carts they needed was right outside of our room, so it was kinda congested in the area. The check in process was nice, however, there is no lobby. I had questions about a parking pass and the phone...

”Pay close attention to the view you are getting! The first photo for the property (gorgeous beachfront balcony) is most likely not your condo, which is deceptive. This unit should not be described as "ocean view" when the property is on a bay. There are literally signs on property calling it a "bay view". Because of this, we assumed we would be on the ocean, but the waves were non-existent and the beach was not as good as an ocean side. More people were using the pool. It was humid and sticky...

”The property was centrally located to everything that we wanted to see. Parked in one of the garages for two days the cost was about $30 for two days which was wonderful. The property was clean and quiet for sleeping bed very comfortable would’ve like a real coffee pot, but it worked would definitely stay here again.”

”Loved the stay. The unit was super clean and just beautiful. The location was perfect. absolutely. The only complaint is that the electronic door lock was very difficult to lock. unlocked just fine.”

”Room was in need of maintenance holes in wall, mirrors with hand prints, couch looked like flea market rejects, water pressure terrible and slow to heat, window held up by bars, upstairs noise came into my unit, broom had climbs of black hair in it. While it was close to ocean there was no view. Dead flies in window sill and broken shade on door.”

”Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.”

”Poor water flow upstairs, downstairs toilet wasn’t working great. washing machine leaked (think the seal is worn on it) and filters for ac where not the greatest for air flow (my husband changed the one upstairs) and garbage around outside smelled really bad, but with the heat I know that doesn’t help. Overall we had a great experience and we would stay there again. ”
