”The front desk staff were very welcoming and warm. Unfortunately, they don't control the rooms - a sheer room curtain with no ability to block out light is not conducive to sleeping - which is really what we want in a room. The room had a sheer curtain blocking the window outside which was a bright outdoor light shining on their back lawn (for safety reasons, I assume). Also, the breakfast was not as impressive as everyone here seems to make it out to be. It's a standard breakfast that most...

”You can tell the owner is working hard to try and make this place nicer, but there were maintenance problems with a leaky toilet, and even though the place was pet friendly they would allow you to keep the animal in the room unless you were there, but then they also wouldn’t let you eat breakfast in the breakfast area with your animal. So where do you put your animal while you’re having breakfast? Additionally my dog is a medical alert service animal and not a pet and they still refused. Need...

”We booked the opal suite. It was just as the pictures looked, except maybe even better! There are 2 units on each floor. Opal was on the top and we loved sitting in the little sun room in the comfy blue chairs. There is also a small couch but not big enough for sleeping (love seat sized). The checkin instructions with pictures via the virtual checkin desk were super helpful! The elevator worked without issues. Great location! We didn't have a problem getting parking on the street. Some noise...

”I booked a loft for a extra charge bc it had an upgraded bathroom and kitchen. My friend booked a 1 br unit. We got the same room... when i contacted them they told me the were all "technically" lofts. I explained my room matches the 1 br pictures and was the same as my friends room. Why was i charged more for booking the Loft? I got robotic responses not explaining ultimately telling me they appreciate my understanding. I was not understanding. Hey, if you overbook i get it. But be...

”Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out.”

”Never ever go on the weekend UGA plays Florida. Horrible. The smell of weed would make a dead man high. Thin walls. The view from the balcony was of the back of buildings. Only one roll of toilet paper… and it was not a full roll. The elevator was out of order on the day of check out. It was awful trying to get all my things down several flights of stairs… several times up and down. How was I alerted to the elevator situation? A hand written sign on printer paper taped to the elevator...

”A nice little get away just a few minutes away from eveything you would want do in Savannah. About 25 mins for Tybee beach. As a pet a friendly place they offer you bowls and a crate for you dog which is very nice. They also block off the staircase with a baby gate which was great because w have young kids. Would definitley stay here again . Nice neighboorhood where you’ll deintiley see some neighboorhood cats prowling around. Also walking distance from Kroger and goodwill and multiple...

”This condo has a great ocean view but the photos make the property look better than it is. The condo is in need of a very deep cleaning.
