”This is a good place to experience old Savannah and the neighborhood is safe and charming. Easy walk to cafe’s, parks and shopping. The stairs are a little steep up to the bedrooms so maybe not good for anyone feeling unsure of their balance etc but the bathroom is bright, water pressure and water quality is lovely and you can darken the bedroom to sleep in. Overall it was a nice getaway and would return.”

”We had a wonderful stay in this quaint home. Our family of five enjoyed the location. The house is on the most beautiful street. We were able to walk to all our destinations with 3 young kids in tow. The house was wonderful and had all the things we needed for our 3 night, 4 day stay. The beds were very comfortable as well.”

”May 9th through May 15th. We were a group of four sixty two year old women who make a girlfriend trip for a week in May every year. This trip was our 9th trip together. We always like to stay somewhere by the ocean. This was by far the nicest place we've stayed in. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with basically anything you need. ”Our first time in Savannah couldn't have worked out any better! June made sure our stay was comfortable and easy. She thought of everything. Down to the personalized touches! Loved the separate exit/entrance but appreciated she was close by in case anything went wrong. Loved the location of the carriage house to so many of the places and things we wanted to do! We already want to come back and stay at June's again.”

”Great residential quiet location for walking everywhere in the historic district. The house is well kept, bedrooms are large with 2.5 baths. Patio is a great relaxing private spot. My only issue is we had a hard time with the door lock upon arrival but staff was accommodating and helped us through the process.”

”Would suggest a different window covering for the front bathroom. One that provides more privacy. FYI - plaster was falling down the fireplace in the sitting room. Are you aware there is a black cat that sits on the furniture on the deck, leaving black hair on the cushions. We didn’t use the deck because the cushions were dirty.”

”We were in town for a girls weekend and the house was absolutely perfect. Big and open social areas in the living room and dining room. Nice size bedrooms. Julianna was an amazing host and was so helpful. Would absolutely recommend!”

”After ravel hung out in pool before going to get supper (Hooters). Discovered downtown and had fancy steak dinner (Stone & Websters) and then more partying into early morning. Boat ride Saturday afternoon around Hiton Head Island. Fresh Oysters and She Crab soup on the island (Brother Shuckers). Back in Savannah in time to catch Hockey playoffs at a sports bar. Sunday up in time to go through checkout task and head for home. reat weekend.”

”Our group of five fabulous couples who have been long distance friends for 27 years met here to enjoy the Superbowl. The owner was very communicative and made sure that we were able to receive the game. The house accommodated all of us very easily. It was clean, well stocked in the kitchen and everything was as advertised. Great Stay!”

”The house comfortably accommodated our group of 6 and was perfectly situated within the town. Just a couple minute walk to the beach and shops. Not all of the bathrooms were perfectly cleaned but overall everything was very nice and tidy. Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a great spot to stay in St. Simons!”

”The master closet had stuff dirty clothes on the floor and clothes hanging . We did not use at all. The fence is in need of repairs . There is some type animal maybe under th deck there was digging on both sides when we checked it out before my little guy went into the yard . Did not see any but he smelled something. Other than this house needs painting of baseboards . Porch furniture was nice . Sorry but thought you should know .”

”We were there for our daughter’s wedding and baby shower and this was the perfect place for us to stay. Close to her and a park across the street that we were able to walk. ”

”We had 5 generations of family stay/meet up at this gorgeous home. The pool area is a huge highlight, and the kitchen has all the essentials you will need. We went around the island, but honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the house as we cooked out and enjoyed the heated pool. The layout of the home is great also (shaped like a U) with 3 bedrooms on one side (two kings and two twins with a trundle) and 1 bedroom on the other side (queen with its own bath), and the kitchen and living area in...

”Would give 5 stars but onlysupplied us with 2 towels for 3 people. Parking is a mess in Savannah but that is no fault of the Grant. Super convenient location cor all of downtown and the many things to take in. Would definitely stay here again ”
