”We had a great stay at Tango Mar. The owner always greeted us each day to see how we were or how our day was. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious! I took advantage of the spa and had an incredible massage. Gorgeous views of the ocean right out your window and the multiple pools to cool off in with the heat. Swimming beaches were a short drive away if you wanted to swim in the ocean.”

”Beautiful rooms and area. Lovely and quiet. One note to mention, the beach across the road is not the crystal blue waters as the sand is dark. It’s also a busy area for fishing so we didn’t swim. There’s some nice restaurants within walking distance and a great grocery store. ”

”The property was very nice and the staff was cordial. We loved the pool.”

”Staff was great! Loved the place, super homey and comfortable. Great locale as well.”

”Iedereen was heel behulpzaam en aardig. Accomodatie was goed verzorgd. De waterval is op loopafstand! Kortom een aanrader. Gr. Bert en Luz.”

”Across the street from the beach, delicious breakfast included, and a very responsive and helpful staff.”

”It's a hostel not a hotel, and it's the worst hospitality experience I've ever had. The owner does not respect the guests.”

”The kitchen utensils weren’t suitable for use. Microwave was dirty. ”

”At beginning we got a bad impression because the receptionist didn't tell us anything about the system in the hotel. The breakfast wasn't a buffet as mentioned in the booking website. Also the receptionist who checked us in didn't mention the possibility to use the pool at Ylang Ylang resort. Fortunately the young waiters were very helpful and told us everything, especially one girl. At check out the open voucher with the information of my credit card couldn't be found so that it could be...

”Ran out of water the 1st two night not a great response by the hotel. Checked out 4 days earlier and still waiting for a reply from the after I gave them our reasons why we left early.”

”Una excelente opción costo beneficio, con una ubicación estratégica, instalaciones con espacios comunes agradables, personal accesible y con una agradable cocina y supermercado casi que a la par para prepararse las comidas sin tener q comer afuera todos los días! Espero volver pronto”

”Stayed in the Estrella room, it was beyond beautiful. Long scenic walk to the room, kitchenette, and filtered water in the full sized fridge. Staff was very kind and helpful, since the hotel was 6 hours from SJO we had to leave at 4 am and to our surprise there was a staff member there to assist with checkout. There are no key drop-boxes, so I was worried about how we were going to return it. Overall an amazing stay.”

”Very nice stay at hotel Olas Vistas in Santa Teresa Greatly located overlooking the bay Pool with amazing views for sunset Great place for vacation”

”Clean, neat, friendly. ”
