”The general manager made the decision to have the carpets cleaned in every room the morning that I arrived. I was warned that the carpets were damp but this was a good thing as it indicated they were clean. The carpets were not clean but were very wet and the odor was horrible. I had to wear shoes the entire stay.
I have made 4 attempts to reach the GM but he has not been on property and has not returned my calls. I was told that over 40 guest coomplained about the carpets.”

”The staff in the restaurant seemed young and inexperienced. While my waiter was good I could hear yelling and conversation from the kitchen. For such a formal setting, it was inappropriate and intrusive.”
