Beach Living at its Best! Watch rocket launches from the balcony

Recently renovated with new kitchen and baths! This direct oceanfront condo is bright and spacious and only steps away from the beach. Condo is 2 BR / 2 BTH on second floor located directly above the lower parking garage below. Balcony elevation is 5’ above ground. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms each with its own king-sized bed and an extra trundle bed in one bedroom that can sleep two children.

Elevator in building makes this wheel chair accessible and handicap friendly.

Property is an easy walk to the many restaurants, bars and stores in pedestrian friendly downtown Cocoa Beach.

This was even better than I expected! Owner was prompt and clear as well as very kind and helpful! Location was perfect! View was even better than I expected. I was a little worried about 1st floor if the dunes would block the view. NOPE! We watched ocean, dolphins, cruise ships. Beautiful! Condo was clean and lotsnof space. Loved our stay! Would go back for sure!

We loved the beach view from the balcony. Also enjoyed seeing several rabbits feeding in the yard each day and lots of birds flying around. The sunrises were beautiful. Good view of the launches.Host was a great communicator.

The accommodations were excellent. I'm a wheelchair user and the unit was very open and accessible. Would rate 5 stars other than the fact that the elevator had issues and could not access our unit for a full afternoon. Property contact Mr. Cocoa Beach was of great assistance.

Super cute little spot!

Very nice property with a convenient location to everything you would need. Lots of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Grocery stores are a quick 5 mins drive down the road. The property had a lot of things already there, from towels to beach chairs to toys for kids, which made our stay really easy. The property was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The property owner was easily reached and communicated well throughout our entire stay. We will be back for sure!

Always Great

This is our second time staying at this condo. It was exceptional just like the previous year and the location and proximity to all of the things in cocoa beach and the beach is ideal. We stayed husband and wife, three teenage children, and 15 year old, and it was perfect. We'll be back next year.

Great location, super clean!

I’ve never been to cocoa beach and found this little gem, so convenient to great restaurants and bars. We were able to watch the offshore boat races from the comforts of our balcony. It was absolutely perfect! It’s hard to find a place with 2 king beds and this one has it!! Very clean and inviting! Will definitely be staying here again and again !!!
Alibi restaurant is AMAZING for dinner and brunch and walking distance from condo

2nd year stay

The location is perfect. A couple of our favorite restaurants are within walking distance of this condo. Convenience of having a garage and elevator is very helpful. The view off of the large balcony is perfect for relaxing after a day in the beach. Close enough, that I can wave at my husband as he sits on the balcony, out of the sun, while I sit on the beach soaking it up. Hope to come back for many more years. Oh, both this year and last we watched a rocket launch. Really cool to enjoy from the balcony.

Steps to beach. Much to enjoy, inside and out!

If you want to be directly on the beach, this beautiful condo is it! Just a few steps to sand! Condo was everything as described. Completely updated with quality finishes and stylish, comfortable furniture. The well-stocked kitchen included everything we needed. Plenty of dishware, even a set of china! Love going to sleep and waking up to sound of the ocean! Good location, but we would have felt limited without a car. Nearest grocery store, according to google maps, is 3 miles away. A few restaurants within walking distance. Lots of the usual beachy stores along Atlantic Ave.

Great location

Location and proximity to the beach are the main reasons we booked this one. We could easily walk to coffee, a bagel shop, restaurants, and ice cream. The beach is busy, but you can easily find a spot. Lifeguards are posted in front of building. I recommend you don't rely on the provided beach gear - some had seen better days. We rented chairs and an umbrella from next door. The condo has been updated and it's very spacious. Wish the linens, especially the towels, were higher quality. The building is in disrepair but it appears the HOA has made moves to update its exterior (lots of equipment was stored in the back). Host communicated with us prior to arrival, and we had no issues. This is a great alternative to a hotel!
