”We thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary celebration trip at the Resort on Cocoa Beach. Our room was ready early. It was clean and spacious, with a lovely ocean view. The pool was clean with plenty of space for adults and families. Both the pool and hot tub were open early and late. We really appreciated and enjoyed evening swims. ”Amazing stay! The staff was nice and the room was perfect. Loved the restaurant. Publix was close. Puzzles and games were available to borrow. Overall great experience!”

”Stayed at Coco Sands Villas for the night before boarding a cruise. My group was 3 adults and 2 children. First impressions were that it was very clean and bug free. I know that we assume it to be bug free but this is Florida (where I live) and it’s extremely important. Everything went smoothly. My bed was comfortable and I had no problems sleeping. ”It was perfect for my children + I . Loved that they had everything we would need for the beach to include toys. The umbrellas we tried were broke though - we made due. We were thankful. The locals on our sunrise walks became friends. Our favorite place for breakfast was the Surfinista ! Ohhhh we also got to watch space x launch a rocket!! ”

"Hotellin uima-allas oli hauska ja aamupala oli monipuolinen. Huonetta ei kuitenkaan siivottu kertaakaan neljän päivän aikana ja huone oli jo saapuessa melko huonosti siivottu. Hotellin asiakkaille tarkoitetut pesukoneet jättivät pyykit aivan hiekkaisiksi. "

Ok hotel for short stay

"Hotel in located close to road but no noise. There are only two restaurants nearby, other one is bar and other thai/sushi. Pool area is nice and water is heated. Door in bathroom hits the toilet bowl and does not close properly. Parking is free. All and all ok experience."
