”the people renting were very pleasant prior to and after checking in and checkout and i have no complaints there. only thing that could improve would be a little more general living supplies like cups, plates and pots and pans. couldn't make breakfast without making bacon and eggs in the same pan (only one) and also going back to a store to get salt and pepper. not a big deal at all and hardly worth mentioning, but it was a considerable contrast to the place we stayed earlier in our trip for...

”We rented this cute town home for a short weekend while waiting to move into our home and everything was perfect. We had everything we needed for our family of 4 and our pup. It was so nice to be close to the river and walk to Dolphins for dinner. Would definitely recommend this place. Although we live local so didn’t get to do anything vacation related, we can definitely recommend this place for someone coming to stay for vacation as it is in a central location to many activities. ”

”Our multigenerational family (13 people, ages 1 to 73) had a great time here. The indoor spaces met our needs well, but the best part was outside. The kids spent hours in the pool, we saw dolphins and a space launch from the dock, and we all fit around the table in the screened patio. The beach is only 11 minutes away. Communication with Tim was great. A wonderful stay.”

”House was very comfortable was easy to "make ourselves at home. This was not a pleasure trip we honoring a close relative who passed away on Easter Sunday. The house made it easy to tell stories and honor his life. We would not hesitate to come back for a true fun getaway and enjoy the amenities of the house.
