Beachside Bungalow – Steps from the Beach

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home, only a 7 minute walk to Downtown Cocoa Beach. This newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is right across the beach! Enjoy watching Launches from the fenced in, private backyard or across the street on the beach. The Beachside Bungalow is 5 minutes from Ron Jon Surf Shop, 30 minutes from Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, 50 minutes from the Orlando Airport, and 1 hour from Orlando Theme Parks.
*Note: There is an 8% penalty for cancellation at any time.
HOUSE RULES
1. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is not Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal
3. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
6. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
7. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM
8. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that's lost and not recoverable.
9. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules

REPAIRS:
We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

- Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
- Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
- Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
- Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
- Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
- Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lock box and scramble the code.

We recently had the pleasure of renting this stunning coastal bungalow through VRBO, and it exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by its charm and beauty. The bungalow was immaculately clean, making us feel right at home.The decor was adorable, with a perfect beachy vibe that instantly put us in vacation mode. It had everything we could possibly need for our stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy living spaces. We especially loved the outdoor patio, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while listening to the birds. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach, making it easy to soak up the sun and enjoy the ocean. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had a wonderful experience.Overall, we loved every moment of our stay at this coastal bungalow and can’t wait to return! We could not have asked for more. The house was spotless when we arrived. There were plenty of towels, soap, and shampoo. If you forgot something, it was probably there. Kitchen was fully stocked. We used one pan but could have cooked an entire meal. The sofas reclined and the beds were comfortable. The house was across from the beach access and a short drive to the pier, stores and restaurants. Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend and return.

We loved the bungalow and completely enjoyed the space and its proximity to the beach, great food, and downtown CB. The house is perfectly outfitted for low-key chilling after a day on the beach. It's very well maintained and updated inside and out. There's a wellness spa on one side and a surf shop on the other! PERFECT! We're coming back 100%.

It's not often that a rental turns out to be better than we expected, but that was the case this time! This cozy little bungalow is within spitting distance of an entrance to the beach and walking distance of downtown Cocoa Beach and its many delicious restaurants. The host even provided beach towels, chairs, and toys and even two boogie boards, all of which were greatly appreciated. Perfect space for two kids and two adults with room for a little more.
