Chateau by the Sea Unit 206 on ylpeänä omistama "Stay In Cocoa Beach", joka on suurin rannikkoalueiden loma-asuntojen omistaja Space Coastilla!

The apartment was clean with an amazing view. The location is perfect, and check-in was easy. The manager, Zarah, responded to messages quickly. The small issue- the garbage disposal in the kitchen was a bit annoying — when you close it with the protective cover, the water and debris don’t drain at all, but when you open it, all the waste and water go straight into the pipe. I’d recommend getting a mesh strainer.I would reccomend this apartment!

Nice building convenient to everything

Great location. Nice roof deck. Well kept facilities. Host/property manager was great with ideas during our stay. Unit was well furnished for our 4 member family. Would highly recommend.

Oceanside family retreat

We love the location and comfort of the chateau by the sea! Being able to walk right out to the beach every day was our favorite part! Having the ocean view right out our deck was the other favorite. Walking to the pier also a big win. Property was clean and family-friendly!

Great weekend trip

We are a family of 5 and stayed over the 4th of July weekend. The condo is very nice and has everything you could need (kitchenware, towels, beach supplies, etc). It is close proximity to everything too (restaurants, shopping, etc). I was very impressed with the owner’s communication with us as well! Kelsy checked on us each day to make sure there was nothing needed. Definitely recommend this property!!!

This is the place to stay in Cocoa Beach

The view from this unit is perfect. The condo was extremely clean and nice. I will definitely stay here again. Had our fur babies with us and there is a very nice dog park close by. The dogs loved it. Close to do much.

The condo was a right on the beach. The view was amazing. The king bed was so comfortable. Waking up each morning with a clear view of the ocean was breath taking. The kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pier. I look forward to staying with there again. The property manager was very kind and attentive.

Quick Getaway from Orlando

Son home visiting from out of town. Wanted a place the family could get away too at the beach with our two dogs. Easily found this place and fit perfectly with what we were looking for. Unit was clean, well supplied with necessary amenities and beach gear, and we all felt comfortable, secure, and safe the entirety of our visit.

Great condo and perfect location

Stayed here with our family and it was just perfect. Both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The balcony looks out over the pool and ocean. Super great location. Highly recommend!!!

Me & My daughter stayed here for a week on vacation. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. If I had to complain about something it would be the air conditioning we could not control it. It stayed between 72-74 in there which in Florida isn't bad however we were dying we are used to about 68. Totally love this place and will stay again.

Very comfortable with three bedrooms. Our family loved it. The Only item that would improve the place would be to add a garbage disposal to the kitchen sink. Nice having a washer and dryer in the condo.

Nice location!

The ceiling fans were all extremely wobbly & seemed unsafe. There was an extension cord that had been wrapped with electrical wire due to being damaged. The place also hadn’t been cleaned very well... I found a quarter under the master bed. There was no hand soap in any of the soap dispensers. Only 4 rolls of toilet paper for our entire stay. Construction woke us up every morning. The washer was off balance and would bang the wall on the spin cycle. Stepping into the showers, we thought we were going to fall through to the floor below!!! We had to duck down to use the shower heads bc they were really low. The kitchen sink faucet hung down away from the rest of it & the whole faucet head wobbled. Parking was very far away... construction stuff took up the front half of the parking lot. The air conditioner was programmed to go no lower than 72°. Pros: Location. Proximity to pier. View. Dishwasher. Microwave. Amenities to take to the beach. Pet-friendly. Free parking. Elevator. Valet cart. Check-in was anytime after 3p.

A very nice, relaxing week!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. The building is older, but well maintained. The condo is well stocked for beach items, including beach/pool towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and body boards. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it appeared to be well stocked as well. The owners were very responsive and helpful! We highly recommend these owners and their units.
