The Space:

The sound of waves rolling in greets you before you even step outside. Sunrise light spills across the patio each morning, and from your front-row seat at Cocoa Beach Club, you might catch a rocket launch lighting up the sky. This is beachside living the way it's meant to be - relaxed, bright, and just steps from the sand.

Living space

Inside, the condo has been updated with a comfortable, coastal feel throughout. The living room is an easy place to unwind after a day in the sun, whether you're catching a movie on the TV or simply relaxing with the windows open to the ocean air. A dedicated workspace is tucked into the home as well, ideal if you need to send a quick email before heading back out to the beach.

Sleeping arrangements

The primary suite features a king bed and its own private ensuite bathroom, giving you a quiet retreat at the end of the day. The second bedroom offers two double beds, comfortably set up for family or friends, with easy access to the second full bathroom. A pack 'n play is available for traveling with little ones, and extra pillows and blankets, fresh linens, and towels are provided throughout.

Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking real meals during your stay, with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and the cooking basics and dishware you need to put a meal together. A coffee maker and coffee are ready for your first morning, and the dining area comfortably seats the group for meals together. The countertop area is a nice spot for a casual breakfast while taking in the greenery just outside.

Bathroom

Both bathrooms come stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products, along with hot water for a proper rinse after the beach.

Outdoor & location

Step out onto the patio and you're looking straight at the ocean. The complex offers direct beach access along with beach essentials - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head down to the sand without packing a thing. There's also a pool on site for days you'd rather stay poolside, plus a backyard space and free parking on the property or along the street. With self check-in and a smart lock, getting into your stay is simple from the moment you arrive.



Guest Access:

We provide digital door locks with keyless entry.



The Neighborhood:

Cocoa Beach is a friendly beach town on the Florida Coast with the perfect balance of locals and visitors. It feels like home, but also like a place where time slows down and “the real world” fades away. Cocoa Beach is great for taking day trips, too! Disney World, Universal Studios and Island of Adventure are all within an hour’s drive. Kennedy Space Center is a half-hour drive away. Wildlife lovers and birdwatchers: be sure to check out nearby Banana River, a 31-mile lagoon with salt marshes, oyster beds and mangrove swamps that are home to dolphins, manatees, blue herons and more.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking at unit. Many place are within walking distance locally such as the beach, shops, restaurant/bars, etc.) You are very close to the A1A and SR520 intersection that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly. (Orlando is less than 40 min away)



Uber and Lyft are prevalent and efficient in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.
