We very much enjoyed the condo. It was clean, great access to the beach. The only thing we would suggest is to provide more bath towels. There were extra beach towels, which was a nice surprise but providing an extra set of bath towels in the bathrooms would be nice. We paid for a two-hour early check in but we needed to contact management as the lock was not updated for our early check in. They finally updated the lock remotely but we lost some beach time. Other than that, we would definitely book this again.

Location was perfect. Great beach view. Great beach access. Close to some great Cocoa Beach night life and food. The accommodations were excellent. Can watch SpaceX launches right off the balcony. Everything there like at home. Fridge, washer dryer and even hair dryer. Garage parking or out front. The Host was very responsive to questions. Really enjoyed the stay. 10

Great beach location and fun environment close to restaurants and shops. Condo building is little older, but the actual condo is updated. Sleeps 4-5 in beds, 6 if you want to use the couch or an air mattress. Cleanliness could have been better. Communication with the host was good, when we needed something she was very responsive.

Great Getaway

Excellent location. Beautiful views of the ocean and the beach are just a few steps away. Enjoyed listening to the ocean waves. Don't let the outside of the building deter you. The condo is updated and clean. We didn't use the kitchen much, but it had the few utensils that we did need. I appreciated that there was a lifeguard stand right next to the property and a beach rental for chairs and an umbrella.

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to going on a cruise. This place was clean and everything you need was provided. We loved being able to park in the garage. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo with great location!

Just as advertised. The location of this condo was great with direct access to the beach and walkable to a number of restaurants and shops. The only driving we did was for groceries and to spend two days at Kennedy Space Center. Our family loved this vacation and the condo was perfect for our needs.

Great Location on the Beach

This is a great location right on the beach. It can be loud since an entrance to the public beach is right next door BUT there is life guard on duty and beach equipment to rent. The pool is small but clean. Highlight is the balcony that faces right on the beach. Beautiful sunrises. The building itself is old and could use some work. This unit is on the first floor right outside the main entrance. We kept having to manually close the main entrance so no one could get in. The unit entrances are all outside. The unit could use a few updates but all the basics were there. I didn’t like the bathroom towels (need to be replaced) but loved they had beach towels for beach / pool. The second bathroom didn’t have any bathroom rugs. Sheets were not good- clearly cheap polyester but beds comfy. Very frustrated the cable did not work- couldn’t even get CNN. Not a huge deal since we were out most of the time but missed my morning news waiting for others to get up. Kitchen bigger that expected and great closet space. About a 25 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center. Very close to Ron Jon Surf. Liked there was plenty of grocery stores, Dollar Store, ABC Liquor, Walmart, and others very close by. Went to a few local places for lunch / dinner but none great to detail here. Overall a great stay so close to the beach!

Beautiful view of the beach from the balcony! Everyone was amazingly friendly and welcoming!! There was a maintenance issue while we were there and everyone went above and beyond to fix the issue and stay in communication with residents about updates! Overall, we had an amazing trip!

Overall good

Bed in second bedroom very noisy to sleep on. Could not get much on TV. No garage door opener in our apartment. Very nice maintenance man,Rodney, loaned us one.

Beautiful location

Came to get away and see a Falcon Heavy launch off. It's a beautiful location with a nice walk to the beach. Cocoa Beach is one of my favorite places to go and this property didn't let us down. Would rent again! Thanks!

Excellent way to stay at Cocoa Beach

Right next to "Cocoanuts on the Beach" restaurant (but not too close)! Great location. Elevated first floor deck allows you to view the beach.
