Oceanfront Condo, perheystävällinen lähellä Orlandon nähtävyyksiä

HUOMAA! VÄLILLÄ 9/15/2019 APPX 11/15/2019 kautta tulee kiinteistön lähellä rakennusmelua, koska rakennuksessa uusitaan kävelytiet.

Tämä pohjakerroksen merenrantahotelli on siivu taivasta. Astu ulos takaovesta kauniille Atlantin valtamerelle. Noin 50 minuutin päässä Disneystä, Universal Studiosta ja Sea Worldistä. 10 minuutin päässä Port Canaveralista ja kaikista tärkeimmistä risteilylinjoista. Kennedyn avaruuskeskuksen koti näkee ja tuntee raketin, joka laukeaa parvekkeeltasi.

Lapsiystävällinen ranta, autoja ei sallita, aktiivinen merikilpikonnien pesäalue. Paljon hiekkaa hautaamaan isä ja paljon hiljaista äidille taukoa ja rentoutua. Hyppää aamulla ja romanttinen kävelyretki auringonlaskun aikaan. Paljon kalastusta heti rannalta tai käy syvänmeren kalastusretki satamasta. Astu ulos valtamerestä makean veden uima-altaaseen, jossa on aurinkotuoleja, kansihahmoja lepoa varten ja pöytiä vain hengailua varten.

Kätevät ostokset minuutin päässä etuovelta ja runsaasti ruokapaikkoja pikaruoasta ruoanlaittoon. Ostokset myös lähellä.

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was amazing! The condo is right on a quieter stretch of beach and had everything you could possibly need for the ultimate beach day (chairs, towels, tent, etc). The condo was pristinely clean, very quiet, and the communication with the renter was quick and informative. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed for a week in this condo and had a great stay. We have two small children so the set up in the condo was great for us. We liked being on the ground floor as it was really nice being able to walk out the door and right to the pathway to the beach and pool. We didn’t actually use the pool but it looked nice. The beach is great and that’s where we spent most of our time. The condo is also in walking distance to some good restaurants and not far at all from grocery stores, the main area in Cocoa Beach, etc.The host was also very helpful and very fast in responding.

Overall great place. Located pretty much in the heart of cocoa beach, you can walk just about anywhere. kind of a pain to pull in to but its right next to the ocean!

We really enjoyed being ground-level oceanfront. We could hear the sounds of the waves crashing, day and night (which we really liked!) The room is so close to the beach, that you can easily run back to the room for anything you need. Walking the beach (or sidewalk along A1A if you prefer) for less than a mile (.7mi) you have access to restaurants/bars and live music! We asked our Uber driver to stop at a Publix on the way from the airport to the condo, and only needed a ride once. We went to Port Canaveral for a gambling cruise, followed by a Space-X rocket launch watch at Fishlips! This was a great time of year for a visit, and the weather was perfect.

We love Rex's condo! Super clean, great space for a family to hang out and everything you need in the kitchen, baths and bedrooms. Less than five minute walk to the beach and a great pool for a relaxing swim in the later afternoon. Walkable to many restaurants and stores. Rex is very easy to communicate with and sends all the updates for rocket launches (perfect location to see them from the patios and beach). We hope to be back for our family's vacations for years to come!

A work friend and I grabbed a few days at the beach before a conference in Orlando. Rex was great and very easy to work with leading up to and during our stay. We appreciated rhe info on the launch at nearby Cape Canaveral. We were able to catch the launch from the beach. Everything we needed for the beach, was provided. If you have a family with small kids, this is a unit for you. The unit has 2-pack and plays, toys for the kids, umbrellas, tents, chairs and baby/toddler pool float And board games for downtime. The place was clean and we felt very safe. There are plenty of places to grab a meal out or grab ingredients to cook at home, all within walking distance. I highly recommend this unit.

The condo was everything we hoped for and we are looking forward to returning. Condo is clean with very nice furniture and everything you need. The location sets this condo apart, loved having the 1st floor on the beach and having access to the garage was a "huge" benefit. Spanish Main is a fantastic condo resort on.a great beach. I recommend this condo and resort.

My family and I had a great time at this condo. All you need for a day at the beach is provided. Nearby restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Condo was stocked with supplies if you wanted to cook at home as well. Rex was easy to get in touch with and made check in/check out seamless. We hope to visit again soon!

We loved our stay at this condo! It was a spontaneous and short trip to see the Heavy Falcon launch. We were so pleased with everything at the condo from the cleanliness, the comfort, the oceanfront view and easy access to the beach, the pool, to the beach chairs, toys, etc. provided. We would definitely stay here again.

No worries about wasting time walking from vehicle to condo to pool to ocean to restaurants to nail salon. It’s all super close. This is our first time on a ground level. I thought there’d be too much foot traffic outside the windows and not enough ocean view. That was NOT the case with this unit. We actually preferred being away from the pool activity. Would definitely recommend. And the seating inside and out was super comfortable.
